april is when BFS is released at Sconi. to get to BFS you need 80% of planned annual production signed off in off take agreements. banks will debt fund once BFS is released. Sconi will be the first to production after BFS is released as it has mining license already in place.
thats why the 20 ton samples from sconi which are being examined by 9 battery companies after its run thru our pilot plant in perth will send a rocket under SP. SP will be IMO 20/30 cents after Sconi BFS released.
