    It does stand to reason that now AVQ are no longer legally allowed to work on Isabel, that we are not currently spending 5 mil on projects there.

    Regardless of what the April announcement stated, aside from application and general expenses with the process, a bit of common sense says money had since been reallocated or set aside.

    Any way, it's Friday. Grab your rods and Leonard Cohen cassettes and let this one pass.
