It's very easy to caught up in the doom and gloom and miss the big picture...but you are so right with this:
"This is a once in a lifetime experience and I am grateful that I have been amongst this 'financial crisis', 'commodity crisis' etc. etc"
I feel exactly the same despite the fact that I lost My thoughts are that if you have made money in this market anything else will be a walk in the park!!!!
Alternatively if you have lost money, and anyone who says they haven't speaks with a forked tongue, it's a learning experience, that if you view from a positive aspect, will have an eventual payoff
