Thats the 458 square on the SPI and you can see the 1987 and 2007 tops to highlight the weak
Look where the recent Nov low pulled up ( by the skin of its teeth) and now its trying to get strenght in the strong part again but hasnt enough steam to go higher yet. And if it breaks below into the weak then yes you could suggest under 3000
