Its very hard to know if the recent buying is forced short covering or value investors?.thats the big question, what is is truly worth fundamentally, and does it really matter? how much of it is smoke and mirrors?!and how much of it is a supply and demand issue only .
It just gets to around 31 and suddenly gets swamped with sells....locked in traders from 32- 34 or short sellers? who knows but it's certainly an area of indecision and fear......
who really want's to go long at 31? it might tank but on the other hand it might not? and if you did go long under 31 as soon as is faulters out you get...
What about the opposite view go short above 31 but it keeps bouncing back up above 30...
very interesting candlesticks the last three days if you look at the shadows and the position of the close...especially today
