I believe that you guys have lost your way.
There is a distinct lack of quality in the XJO thread, and this needs to be addressed.
The time has come for me to take charge of the XJO thread.

My objective is to assist in the technical development of the regular XJO contributors through education and mentoring.

Each participant's posts will be critically reviewed to identify areas which require improvement and further study.
