The combining of 4 yr pres cycle and 10 year decennial means that you get the same combination every 20 years, so 2010 should look somewhat like 1990.
Because we don't always mimic the US, I have a XJO chart and marked a few dates.
Closish so far. Looks like I cut of that Jul 2 low a bit. So the July low and Aug top and Aug low all within days of this year.
I believe the Nov 1 date is the day before US mid term elections.
