GannGlobal have been making a case for a 60 year cycle and it is the only time when things didn't conform to the usual cycles IMO.
In that instance, there was a mid July low in 1950 (yes a 20 year cycle from now) and a rally up into early May 1951. The up move continued after a correction.
Can this happen. Of course, but it should be obvious when things get perverse.
