This action feels a bit strange to me.
Yes Jaolsa will tell you her indication was for a top here based on her arcane ruminations.
But XJO got back over 50 RSI and over 10 period ma. SPI closed at a discount which is more positive than not. The day was up and we usually preempt the US pretty well.
However we have seen a few days lately when the market rallied into the close only to sell off on the SPI later.
870 seems to be the line in the sand for SPX from my view.
Most times a weak trend into Memorial Day is followed by 4 or 5 days higher and often strongly.
We had 2 gaps higher and a lower open will make it 3 gaps higher.
3720 SPI is now the dynamic low for tonight/tomorrow and has been key the last few days.
