sera, I would agree with that. I am short term bearish but not hedgie bearish yet. For all the wonderful TA that happens on the XJO thread I have concluded that a person could do ok if they just were mindful of 3 periods in the annual cycle. 1. this time of year post the xmas rally 2. the old go away in May 3. that notorious October period. Of course it is not a given that any of these periods will see excessive weakness. Last October saw nothing dramatic happen so perhaps we should be a little more vigilant now. A 10% correction is usually considered healthy and your article suggests 11%....but his upper target limit of a 20% correction seems extreme at the moment but who knows. If this whole eqypt thing were to spread then..........
