I am ultra bearish and part of the 'Hedgie fan club' ever since the S&P hit 1296 ... however I fear we will once again be denied a proper correction.
a) Egypt does not really matter. It only becomes a problem if a 'less Israel friendly' government takes over or it spreads to Libya or Saudi Arabia.
b) The retirement of the SFP program in the US will inject another 200 billions into the financial system. This money has to go somewhere. Some announcement is due tomorrow.
