The fact that SP500 is at resistance and CMC version is not might suggest that CMC will achieve its target out of normal US trading hours.
It could be tonight but my guess would be early tomorrow night if it is to happen.
The CMC target is about 1412/13 or so which needs to be adjusted for futures if looking at non standard hours.
CMC is usually a half point or so below cash price.
