    Volt, you might be able to help me. I think since 1987 various stock exchanges around the world adopted rules that limit the extent of movements each day - to guard against the wholesale rout that occurred in 1987. I have certainly seen press references to DOW restraints kicking in before. Also ASX. Do you know which exchanges, and just what the restrictions on trading are?
