I was at the EGM on Tuesday and spotted the former MD at MEC's EGM. He used an identical set of arguments put forward by the Shareholder Interest Group. Coincidence? I think not!
His cross-examining of the board went on for 2 hours and the EGM finally adjourned around 4!
Coincidence? I think not...
I'm glad the Shareholder Interest Group is dumping their shares. I'm accumulating. I trust the board and I trust the process.
