I am in a strange position.

Dilernia freely gave me the calculation years ago but he now markets a subscription site and sells books based on his work.

My figures don't eactly match his and is partly explained that I work now on a 4:30pm EOD and he is or was working on a midnight EOD.

The difference should nor be major.

Anyway, it leaves me hesitant to share the calculation as I am unsure what legal restrictions apply.

I can say it really isn't all that complicated and if you think of a multi day averaging of previous action then you are on the right track.
