SPX high on 11/10/07 its 2nd 360 calendar day anniversary is on 29/09 and I am looking at this date for a low.

1040 could be tested in the short term.

3/8 price extention from its lows is at 1010 but above the 03/09/09 pivot low at 992.

More or less I am looking for a low on the 29/09/09 at 1040 which is also the August high. Market likely to be soft for the rest of the week and early next week, 50 WMA on the 4 hrly was penetrated but bar has not completed as yet, any intra day strength within the next eight hrs or by close of business today, it could be construed the SPX has held its 4 hrly 50 WMA and could be on its merry way again. Need some confirmation this penetration of the 50WMA on the 4 hrly is legit.
