In agreement with @philby and @stormer - team strengthening with more FULL time management.
The carrot has been dangled for too long and I'm still waiting for a Christmas present. 'Fine tuning' to close a deal sounds like they need more man power to speed up the process.
Secondly, once we eventually do get a closed deal I'm sure the flood gates will open and they will need more manpower.
A technology with such massive potential surely needs more people on the ground. Time is of the essence.
