if REL is a partner in the venture, then the ASX should have posted the announcement on both shares. it would be either the company posting its fault for not reminding the asx or the asx itself that decided not to issue it.

i had a look at it before and it John Begg did disclose in the announcement of other partner was involved with the project, as you normally would, so the ASX could did post it onto REL

i would say the asx decided not to post it further, has REL paid up for its interest in the project?
