Hello Acamus,

You always trash Hardman for Ching and talk up the possibility of any Hardman cashflow problems.

I imagine that these are Tullow advisors talking points. Who do you work for Acamus? You started posting a month or so before the takeover, and have been a booster of the takeover at every opportunity - raising at every opportunity problems about Hardmans cash flow - mostly by distorting or ignoring the facts.

Sure - Ching is a scary thing at the moment - but its not the whole story and its probably a one year wonder. Tullow is not buying Ching - they are buying the 50% of the Hardman Uganda areas that they do not have - and this is what they know intimately and are able to value very well. Tullow seem to be after what Potter is rather dismissive of.

And then there is Guyanne.

The KPMG report will be very intersting - I would not like to be the KPMG partner signing off on this one - especially as it is meant to be "independent" - LOL.
