    Good morning all,

I have been following the arguments for and against the HDR t/o.

I just want to make these 4 points:
    1. The deal is done so there is no point in crying over spilt milk.
    2. TLW is not going to pull out. Would you risk losing 120 milliom dollars? If it does, then thank you very much, HDR is financial again (probably until the next t/o surfaces)
    3. HDR will ensure that they do not do anything wrong to risk the deal falling thru and the penalty.
    4. Unless there is another bid, the t/o will go thru and if it does, why would we complain the way TLW is going?

All the debate IMHO is in vain, let's just face the facts and look foward to something more positive, another bid or TLW going thru the roof.

The oil sector is now stirring ie Premier Oil. It looks increasing unlikely, but in the churn, something might come HDR's way.

Today is reporting day, let's look forward to good news, even though it may just be just no stucked drill bits at Aigrette
