I think HDR's price was trading on the LSE at around 83p when the takeover took effect. This was just a little above the actual takeover price offered by TLW at that time . There were some strange trading patterns happening then almost as if somebody was accumulating HDR shares to benefit from the Tullow takeover terms and conditions, as I recall.
Some posters here thought the accumulation was the start of resistance to Tullow's offer but that was not the case as time was to prove.
