tullow email

Hi guys, nothing of real importance or benefit but i emailed tullow oil for some small insight and greatfully, they replied, quite quickly i may add...heres what they said, again, its not much, but a little re-inforcing for myself

There is no doubt that rig availability has improved and that this could create some opportunities for us. We are evaluating all options with the potential to accelerate some activities.

In addition to my first email, I would like to get your view on one more important aspect of Tullow's exploration. With the unfortunate Gulf of Mexico spill, does this create a material difference for Tullow with regards to drilling rig availability and rig costs. If so, I believe this could be a huge advantage for mid-tier oil companies like Tullow to really expand quickly and make some ground if you like on the major's like BP and Shell.

Currently, with oil prices tipped to rally and break the US$100/barrel, and West Africa heating up as the next place to boom with exploration success, can you please indicate if Tullow is actively searching for exploration leases in this area, and if so, where abouts in order to provide future upside for further oil discoveries.
