Just read an article off African Energy Intelligence stating that Tullow have won exploration rights to Cayar Offshore Deep and have an offer being evaluated by Senegal Govt. for exploration rights to St. Louis Offshore Deep (up against Oranto). Both these leases being north of Sangomar deep (FAR).
