Crows: Personally, I believe that this is also a very good deal for TULLOW. In my opinion, PCL had the foresight (very long ago) to secure the BEST acreage off-shore NAMIBIA in the most promising WALVIS Basin.
All JIMHO, of course. DYOR and all that.
