HDR shareholders are giving Tullow a problem: only a hand full are selling at the VERY LOW bid price of $2.02. Just look at the turnover today--1.3 million shares and NONE at Tullow's $2.02 price.
Tullow is being forced by the holders of HDR to RAISE their bid or simply recede into a meaningless minority shareholder position. $2.50 MIGHT be high enough, but Tullow is fully aware that the real value of HDR is currently in the range of $3.50 to $4 per HDR share
