    Do you believe then that the institutions will not take $2.02 if another bid fails to appear. The alternative for them would then be to watch the price slip back down to former levels. Hardly the most encouraging prospect.

    I would hope that Tullow have done their homework and if things stay as there are, then they will already have an opinion poll of the percentage of votes they carry with them before they enter the hall on that December day
