    H,

I have been offline all this week tied up in a work conference (sheesh... its getting harder to mix work and money!!)

This saga just keeps getting more and more intriguing as time progresses. The stench around it grows every day. I thought that after a couple of weeks I might have started to see a way through the mist, but alas, the mist continues to deepen into a fog.

This "no talk / shop" clause which has been agreed between hdr and tlw must surely be tinkering on the legal boundaries. Such a clause/s does not apear (in any way I can see) to be in the best interest of shareholders. I wonder what information may/can be witheld from KPMG in its preparation of the independent experts report. I am also concerned at the reimbursement fees that are being used to "lock in" this arrangement. These two companies are going to determined lengths to ensure no breach...what is there that they do not want known?? I think we can guess!

I now need to put my fog lamps on high beam
