LONDON, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Tullow Oil PLC:

* Says 2009 working interest production expected to average 58,000 boepd, in

line with guidance

* Says Ghana jubilee field on track to deliver first oil in Q4, 2010

* Says aims to sell up to 50 percent of its interests in the lake albert rift

basin

* Says considerable interest shown in its Ugandan fields by both national and

international oil companies

* Says expects to select buyer for Uganda fields stake early in the new year

* Says agrees to sell a 33% interest in in French guiana licence to Royal Dutch

Shell

* Says capital expenditure for 2009 is expected to be in the region of 750

million STG
