Tullow Oil Eyes East Africa

KAMPALA, UgandaTullow Oil PLC is looking for more opportunities in East Africa following exploration successes in Uganda.

Brian Glover, country manager of Tullow Oil Uganda, said Tuesday the U.K.-based company is considering obtaining exploration interests in the region, including in countries like Kenya and Tanzania, where oil exploration activities are beginning to gain momentum.
