PCL is in a critical period and I am surprised that management have been silent for two months.
There has been no update on Namibia (and Tullow were silent in their update as pointed out), they have been unable to farmout Kenya leases to provide cash, additional complexities on tax in Kenya and complete silence from management.
No wonder the stock is trading at multi year lows.
