HDR hardman resources limited

    That's probably right that the Capital Markets presentation lead to some buying, but interestingly TLW has been heading up ever since the HDR takeover offer on 25 September. As SG says it is up nearly 50p. By my calculations a straight equivalence for a conversion of HDR to TLW is now $2.20 ... but the consensus seems to be that the premium over the $2.20 offer needs to be discounted at least 40% .. so that's around $2.12. So we are benefiting from TLW's rise quite nicely.

    Anyone else see this as the reason for the continued strong buying of HDR above the offer price?
