    The quick answer is NO ... TLW will not pay under the present offer more than $2.02. So the upside for HDR holders is in converting to TLW shares ... and that's capped at around 290m HDR shares (so my earlier maths was incorrect .. that's around 40% of HDR shares .. so you have to discount the difference by 60% giving a current equivalent of $2.09).
