The bouyant Tullow price must be in for an even bigger boost after the Kingfisher news - this surely ends all doubt of Uganda as a major play.
As tragic as it is for Hardman this news does add some sense to what has been going on - can only think that Tullow has bought as many as it can at the 2.02 simply because it knew it was always going to have to raise the offer as Uganda continued its good news story - that's what I've been hoping for as I don't think anyone else is going to jump in. What does everyone think? Has this changed things or not?
