I see Merrill have about 280 UK securities on their eligible list all at 60% LVR. If TLW are going into the FTSE100 and Merrill's research team already cover them then it is a little surprising they are not included. Perhaps they are considered too speculative to make Merrill's 60% LVR threshold for international securities.

Have you contacted them, they may be happy to review TLW in the light of recent developments? I would be happy if you got them included as I have both Tullow shares and a Merrill account.
