It seems a bit strange to me that the article quotes the SP as " its shares raced away to touch 1,405p".
As the SP has been hovering around 1,400p for several months now and was peaking at around 1,500p before that, I would hardly say the it has "raced away".
Couple this with the SP drifting lower still since the Twiga South-1 discovery confirmation I really can't see much upside happening at the moment at all. It seems no where near any takeover speculation or "buying gossip" to me.
It might happen but I fail to see any evidence of it over the last week or so.
It's a long way from 1,400p to 2,000p. Let's hope there's more evidence of this kind of movement soon.
