Tullow timing is opportunistic to say the least. The sp has been hammered on Chinguetti disappointment ... and manipulated lower by Merril Lynch .. basterds!! This should have been seen by the HDR board as just that .. and opportunistic bid. HDR should know the true worth of Uganda, Tiof, Tevet, Banda, Pelican, Flamant, Aigette, Matamata in Guyane and 6 other 1 billion barrel leads there. This is a ripoff .. we MUST see a higher bid!
