    Thanks for that.

    I am not sure in my own mind why they have bought them in the first place. I should sit quietly with pen and paper and workout the cost differentials. I guess maybe to cover admin costs if they lose out to a second bid. If they win they have paid out the money earlier than they would have done to obtain these shares anyway
