You really need to read the announcements before posting my friend.

Please read page 10 of the recent half year accounts announcement.

You will note the following .

" Company will consider the relevant composition and skill-set of it's board in early 2016, including giving consideration to appointing a new chairman. "

Like I have posted already and IMO that means that it wont just be the board of TNG that solely makes the appointment and should a development partner sign binding agreements they will have input as to who the best person may be.
