Seems like a straght forward cross trade. That is, broker exchanging shares between two of her clients, or between a clients separate funds or accounts.
Looks like an error was made though, and one of the 41m trades was reversed which makes it look a little more complicated than it actually is.
But bottom line is 41 million shares were exchanged.
