They haven't cut 25 already - that was the discount rate - totally different. They have over 175 bps of room to cut due to the very low T-bill rate - currently at about 1.1%. Unlikely they will do this in one hit; more likley 75 (not enough) to 100 (reasonable) to 125 (better).
