I reckon the next step would be a reverse split of around 5 or 8 shares for 1. This 1 billion 100 million shares thing doesn't work for a small market cap.
I believe a lot of the funds run by certain investment rules that inhibits them entering into the penny stocks. A reverse split would open the company up to more opportunities from fund managers and corporate investors.
You would also think after making a concerted effort to get a JV partner on board, there would have been a number of introductions. Surely there would still have to be some companies on the edges waiting to dip their toe in the water if CSS make an operational profit AND show some results with Tuna.
We know how much China love to get their hands on a food source.
