Parmesan Fondue:
Heat on low heat in a pizza dish if desire:
100 gm Neufchatel cheese.
½ cup milk whole milk.
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
¼ teaspoon garlic salt.
A few splashes kirsch or sherry.
A few splashes liquid smoke or smoked tobacco sauce.
Serve with bread meat seafood and vegetables.
Alternatively place in a pizza dish and grill.
