Also they should be profitable before then and that usually has a great positive influence on the SP.
Just depends how aggressive they want to go at the market and how many more staff they bring on. IMO gaining profitability and then skirting the line with with costs while remaining profitable would be good. Increase cost leading to more aggressive attack on the market while remaining profitable or at least close to it.
