Yes I'm very very confident the 18m will be achieved and not overly concerned if it takes more time to do so.
As mentioned above, Capricorn have a huge investment in Swiftstatement and it's success. This is more than the associated costs of the software. A fail would tarnish the BoD's reputation and I highly doubt this will be allowed to happen. A fail would impact every member of Cap society so absolutely not an option.
