Looks like there was no trade in ncm on the tsx last night...

I was suprised we got no details of exactly what the secondary listing meant before it went ahead, also suprised it went ahead the day after gold fell the most intra day in three years..

on the other hand, the ADr had very heavy trade over its nornmal volume and fell another 2.15 pc

Anyone have some idea of how the secondary listing works for ncm in simple terms....? As they have raised not equity....

Also looking for some comments on ncm' s own forecast of a large drop in forecast eps, timoshev any comments on this number...
