If it is AUD200m then that equates to AUD 189c per share or NZD239c @ NZD/AUD rate of 79c. So would love to think it may come to be as they must make an offer to all shareholders at the same price.

I looked hard at GPG and at what they have, then decided what is better, invest in GPG or try and work out which listed investments are more likely to offer a better return by hopefully picking the better stocks in their portfolio.
