    This article is well worth reading, specifically on Wolfe resources and their finanacing. It would appear that their funding cost to get into production is in a similar ballpark THR, but more importantly, that bank funding is available for projects such as this. Perhaps this is a road THR might be considering going down rather than diluting us into oblivion.
