Clearly Jim believes the Mitsubishi Board Approved $15 Mil USA LOAN will be in the bank and the fine print of the long lead time contracts will be approved buy the CNQ Steering committee (which includes a Mitsubishi employee) by the end of May 15.
Considering China's world dominance over the Tungsten Market and the knowledge that Mitsubishi's $15 Mil USA funds stage 1. To announce a Mitsubishi USA joint venture to fund the total project would be a complement to Jim and the board and justify the delays.
I am looking forward to Jim's next announcement confirming the above.
