This is a resurrection of my thread from Feb 15 regarding new uses for tungsten in nuclear fusion reactor chambers
The below article hit the media 24 hours ago.
I had previously written in my thread that tungsten was identified for use in nuclear fusion chambers.
Now here is a commercial example that supports that story.
In much that same way as Nyobolt is attempting to secure tungsten supply via their 15% shareholder, Masan/HC Starck, (with whom EQR has an MOU), it would appear that Oxford Sigma are attempting to secure supply through the UK tungsten mine, Hemerdon which is operated by listed entity, Tungsten West.
Its quite a telling story in fact, that companies like Nyobolt and Oxford Sigma, are going down this path, because they know that 1) tungsten worldwide is in short supply and 2) that they know they will need lots of tungsten going forward to ensure constant uninterrupted supplyTungsten West hails tungsten collaboration with Oxford Sigma
