I felt it was time to comment on the positives going forward ACCEPTING the tailing plant was an “R & D” (Research & Development) project and at best it will break even but will give CNQ “Significant R & D tax credits” ($TBA)
Also one must accept the disappointing SPP reduced the share price 30% and triggered a very negative “Hot Copper”
As mentioned the following clear positive announcements I believe are worth reading. Especially the CEO’s comment.

25 Feb Signs MOU.

Considering the above announcements the next say 3 Months waiting for EMU approval will be a consolidation,funding negotiation time and fine tuning period. But in the eyes of Mitsubishi and others we have a VIABLE Tungsten project.
Yes I am positive forgiving of the past but I see a focused direction to be a world class tungsten producer.
